Once achieved, success arrives by way of a by-product

Conquest of self is the most difficult tasks known to all
Yet it is the easiest endeavor
All that is required is a deep breath and a smile

Instead of saying, 'this is a sacrifice'
Say, 'this is an investment'
Rather than saying 'oh the suffering'
Say 'ah the necessary tools'

To make a very long story short
As the cliche goes
'Is the glass half empty, or half full'?

Above and beyond everything else
Remember this much
Mind over matter
Heart over mind

The mind will say "NO"
The heart will say "GO"
